"We booked this hotel as it was nearby a restaurant that we had booked. Reception staff were friendly and professional. We got an upgrade for a small fee and free parking at the hotel. We had a double club room which was large and clean. "On arrival greeted well and check in seamless. Lift to room was in need of some tlc. The room was initially ok without doing a four in a bed style check. On returning in the evening when i went for s shower the complementary body wash had been topped up with water not what you'd expect at all.
