"The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. Breakfast is amazing and you pick what you want from a changing menu daily which is finished off with homade loaf from Jeni we had banana loaf this morning which was still warm. "Happy with the stay, would like to have the website updated as stated breakfast available but this is no longer an option. Bed was hard compared to my normal bed, although that could just be my preference. Luke and Andy, fantastic hosts. Would be happy to return but would choose ensuite facilitates next time. "

"Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."

"Amazing bed and breakfast in a perfect location for us, for attending Fringe Festival, with bus stop directly outside and regularly buses. We received a very friendly welcome and our room was a good size with very comfortable big beds, tv, tea and coffee facilities which were renewed each day, plenty of towels, and complimentary slippers with a lovely view overlooking a park.
