"The apartment that was modern, clean and well decorated! Loved the area, with much within walking distance. Would have like to have had more up front communication before getting there but once we were there Lee was more than accommodating, meeting us to get us checked in and showing us around. Overall they were very accommodating and the place was lovely!"

It shows a lovely residential street but in reality it’s backed up in the alley to a parking lot, which is the home to approximately 50 homeless people at any moment in time. "I had a great stay here on two occasions. The first was 8 nights and the second was 12 nights. I had my dogs for some of it and the place is clean, new with a great yard that my dogs loved. Lots of activity in the area on weekends especially and close walk to Barton springs pool. I highly recommend."

Be aware of a couple of concerns: 1-OK for 2 people but too small for more. 2-Deadbolt on entry door has been disabled. 3-Tub is extremely slippery-anyone with balance issues should avoid.
