"Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."

"Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free. "

"Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! "It was a very clean simple hotel. Charges $1 for towels. One thing I did not like is 100's of signs all over the walls saying Don't do this or Don't do that. It felt very cheap! If not for that it great place to stay in a convienent location at a great price. "

"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. "There are some great things about this hotel, some mediocre things and some really bad things. The good: it’s well-updated in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are basic and plain but you have everything you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated. "We only stayed for one night, didn’t use much of the facilities they offer, so can’t comment much on them. The room was pretty big, it does the job giving you a good night sleep. Breakfast was great, lots of kinds of bread, cake, cold/hot food, fresh juice and fruits. The wifi however was horrible, the room we stayed has barely any signals, you need to be by the door to connect, and it disconnects constantly."

"Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. "No geral a estadia foi muito boa. O hotel fica a cerca de 600m da praia, e próximo ao centro com bastante opções ao redor, tem um mercado logo ao lado. O café da manhã é bom mais deixa a desejar, com poucas opções e praticamente nenhuma variação ao longo dos dias. O estacionamento é pago a parte (fiquei sabendo apenas na hora do checkin). Tivemos um problema com a porta do nosso quarto e foi resolvido em algumas horas."
