Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Excelente resort funcionários cordiais, recreação impecável, somente achei que poderia melhorar a limpeza dos elevadores/vidros visto que é cartão postal do hotel e isso não é culpa do hotel mas os hospedes do quarto de cima não paravam de pular e fazer barulho isso foi chato. Poderia conscientizar na entrada os hospedes. Mas posso dizer que foram dias maravilhosos Parabéns a toda equipe!
