"Location was the best thing - close enough to walk to the city centre (though buses were also very near). We were roomed in an annex which was fine, just a short walk from the main building. Room itself was a good size, ensuite with a bath. Heating was a bit hit and miss - radiators were either red hot or off. "Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...
