"At my age I have had all the presents I can ever want so to gather all the family around me was the best I have ever done. The sun shone and groups of peace wandered around, 40year old sat round the table with glasses of wine. The youngsters played pool downstairs. A few hardy fellows returned from a swim in the sea and young children squeezed with delight in the pool while mums soaked in the hot tub. Everyone happy and I could enjoy the company of my family. "We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "
