"Check-In time should be prompt not late, have waited one hour plus to check in and no extension of check- out hours has been extended to us… Hope this part could see improvement when we stay again. Other than that, the hotel is clean and spacious and very strategically near to Grand Batam Mall which is a huge plus point where food and shopping is within walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and polite. There is a Water dispenser at the end of hotel room corridor that provides drinking water which in my opinion, very thoughtful and convenient for everyone needs. "
