"This property is a duplex, not a free standing home. The neighboring unit is in poor condition, run down and an eye sore. The unit itself was not pictured in the description of the property. "Nice house, as described. Nice hosts who were excellent with communication. Solid location for my split time between Downtown GR and Gun Lake. This rental had everything I needed for my 18 night stay, and I was happy with everything about it. Smart TVs to unwind at the end of long days, washer and dryer to stay on top of laundry. "Our family of four adults had a very nice stay, while we were in the area visiting relatives for a week during the winter. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was large, well stocked, with a good size table and bright lighting. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. Both bathrooms were good sized. The large garage looked like it was well stocked for summer fun. The owners had the house nicely decorated, and the driveway was clear of snow."
