"We were at the property for a week, and it was perfect - great property, exactly as described. Clean, super comfortable beds, every room had more than what we needed. And, we were greeted with fresh baked muffins. Lots of extras that the host obviously does out of kindness. We’ll be back next year! Thank you!"

"This property was clean, nicely decorated & kitchen well appointed (except for the NON Microwave safe coffee mugs). A reheated cup of coffee caused 2nd & 3rd degree burns when removed from the microwave. After the fact, we noted the mugs were stamped on the bottom in tiny print, "not microwave safe". Ammr made sure to point that out after checkout.The yard was set up nicely & we were able to enjoy the games in the garage using the heater after changing the battery in the thermostat. "In town for our granddaughter’s first birthday party. There were several out of towners staying with our daughter and son-in-law for the party, so we booked a space at the Hruby Doobie Ranch. We knew it with be cool from the photos on the VRBO site, but the pictures did not do it justice! The ranch was a wonderful, peaceful, cozy, unique space! We are so grateful to the Hrubys for sharing their space! Would definitely recommend 10/10! "
