"We travelled to Va to visit Monticello, wineries and breweries for my husband's 60th birthday with 3 other couples. The house was about 20minutes from Monticello and Jefferson winery so it was a perfect location for us. We absolutely loved the farm and the house. We got to see the baby goats which were so cute! We loved everything about our trip and the house was perfect for all of us. Thank you for a wonderful time! We would highly recommend staying here!Lisa Lawton"

"The property is about a 5-7 minute drive to the Wintergreen resort. It was an excellent choice for multiple families who have kids. The downstairs area is full of entertaining games such as foosball, basketball, and darts. It also includes arcade games and multiple TVs. This area kept all the kids entertained whenever the adults were upstairs. "

"There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe this AMAZING home! The views are literally the best in the area! The home was stunning- the layout, convenience, furniture, fixtures, amenities-it was as close to perfection as you can get. Our large Italian family travels a lot and have rented some lavish homes, but we all agreed this was THE BEST OVERALL we have ever stayed in! The owner was also super informative and super quick to respond to messages- and even let us have one...

"Everything was as advertised- family of 6 was well accommodated for a Thanksgiving weekend. Very cold windy and snowy outside but house was warm and comfortable. Very large kitchen was well suited for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. "

"We loved staying here! The owners were quick to communicate and we had a very simple check-in. The location was beautiful. We enjoyed all the local wineries and distilleries we could possibly fit in and then lit a fire to relax. We had a party of 8 and we fit in perfectly. "This house more than met our exceptions! It is a beautiful property in an exceptional, wooded setting with bubbling mountain streams behind the house. You can hear them from the deck and there aren't many more peaceful sounds than the natural sounds of nature. The old Appalachian Trail is out back on the other side of the streams, which are really fun and easy to cross. You run into the current AT and can hike on that for as long or as short a hike as you want. The house itself is just...

"We were greeted wonderfully by the manager. He was very helpful with places to go for lunch in the area & how to get there. The most pleasant ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were great! Very clean & comfortable. Only problem experienced was the guests above us knocking around & playing their tv loud well after 10 p.m."
