"A lovely remote hotel constructed from an old coffee plantation house. Excellent buildings and layout, lovely food, plenty to do but if you don't like crowds, avoid the weekends! The hotel was overtaken by wealthy Paulistanos in their expensive cars with kids that don't know how to behave (a trait all over the world!). The high level of rowdy children spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. A great hotel, just avoid the weekends!"

"Check-in precisa ser melhorado. Cheguei por volta das 21h, com 3 crianças, e o funcionário do hotel meramente me indicou onde eu deveria estacionar. Nada além disso. Parei no estacionamento indicado, que ficava a uma certa distância do meu chalé, e tive que fazer 4 "viagens" do carro até o chalé, na completa escuridão, sem qualquer ajuda do hotel, para poder descarregar as bagagens. No dia seguinte de manhã descobri que poderia ter entrado com o carro para facilitar esse processo - e parado...

"The location was peaceful and charming. The space allowed my family to spread out a bit so we weren't in each other's way. The farm animals are sweet, and the host was easy to work with and very nice. Make certain to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, soap etc. I would definitely stay again."

"Gostamos muito do lugar, muita conexão com a natureza, piscina limpa, casa organizada, caseira Sandra muito hospitaleira e a Isabela e o Diego nos prestaram prontidão para dúvidas e dicas, os animais são uma graça, nos recebem pela manhã ao redor da casa o que torna o lugar ainda mais especial! O que deixou a desejar foi apenas o tanquinho de roupa que não tinha na casa e fez falta para nós, mas fora isso a experiência foi muito boa e com certeza voltaremos!"

"Basic amenities NOT provided such as linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and heating. None of this was mentioned in the details when booking on Expedia/vrbo. We suspected this 2 days before our stay and contacted the host to provide some of those amenities or refund as we have little kids. None of this happened and as tourists in a remote and super cold place, this was the worst experience one could imagine. We couldn’t cancel as we paid a lot of money to stay in the “spectacular villa” and had...
