"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway."

"Não encontraram a minha reserva, a moça que estava na recepção era da limpeza e estava mais perdida do que tudo. Me colocaram num quarto horrível m, eu fiz reserva por R$ 150,00 e não entendi porque cobraram R$ 170,00, nunca vi não terem lençóis de casal e muito menos toalha de rosto. Terrível."

Pra início de conversa, fiz uma reserva de duas unidades me oferecidas pela "Hotels.com" para quatro pessoas e, ao chegar ao local, a gerente me disse que o valor era por cabeça. Acabei pagando pela diferença, pois estava cansado da viagem e estava indisposto para negociar. Tal gerente nos alojou minha família e eu em unidades separadas do hotel que elas chamam de "pousada", numa porta da rua acima da entrada do hotel. Ao chegarmos ao local para averiguarmos os...
