Restaurant is operated a little poorly (3d ishes that were ordered the same time arrived one at a time with 15min inbetween, waiters not attentive, other than that the hotel is good. Clean with comfy beds and competent personnel at the reception.

We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

Nice hotel, however, for my visit they were unable to fill up the shower gel, next to my room was some sort of fan that ran on and off which was loud during the night. Poor service in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes to get served before giving up.

Pelo valor da tarifa, esperava muitooooo mais. Não entendi o porquê do hype. Café da manhã com itens bem básicos. Manobrista demora muito para buscar o carro. Um deles me disse que eu mesma podia ir buscá-lo no estacionamento, mas depois o outro chegou e me impediu de sair com o carro, alegando que só eles têm autorização para isso. A forma de abordagem foi constrangedora. Por perto tem opções de hotel bem melhores e até mesmo mais baratas. Um dos pontos bons é que permitiram ficar até as 14:00 sem Custo adicional e que embora não haja um balcão tradicional de check in/check out, o pessoal que auxilia é muito atencioso.

Check in tardio!!!
O check in estava atrasado, deveria ser as 14, chehgamos as 16:30 e ainda esperamos ate as 17:30. Foi servido cafe e ganhamos vale drink que usamos no jantar. Porem, no jantar tinha um evento e esperamos mais de 1 hora por 2 hambúrguers, que estavam excelente e com pedido de desculpas pelo atraso. Check out com fila ao 12:00, nao foi oferecido um late checkout

Me senti desrespeitada
Chegamos mais cedo para aproveitarmos o bar e o restaurante do hotel, mas estava tendo uma confraternização e não tinha como nos aproximarmos de ambos . A recepcionista do checkin falou que em meia hora iria nos disponibilizar o quarto e nos encaminhou para a sala de jogos, que era o único lugar disponível para nos sentarmos, desconfortavelmente, mas um pouco afastadas do barulho, que era grande. Nós fez esperar por mais de 1 hora, até dar o horário do checkin,14 hrs. Se ela nos tivesse avisado que só iria liberar o quarto às 14 hs teríamos ido almoçar em outro local, mas não fez isso. Fomos ao restaurante do hotel a noite, para um drink, chegamos pela porta da piscina, nós sentamos e os 2 garçons e o atendente estavam conversando e olhavam para nós e não vinham nos atender, acho que a conversa estava boa… quando resolvemos nos levantar para irmos embora o garçom veio e se desculpou pela demora, então ele percebeu que estávamos esperando, mas a conversa estava melhor do que nós atender. Pedimos um lanche e uma batata frita que veio encharcada de óleo, até o próprio garçom comentou que estava oleosa, mas não ofereceu trocá-las. No restaurante tinham 4 mesas ocupadas e do nada os garçons começaram a arrumar as outras mesas para o café da manhã, tipo: vão embora que acabou. Enfim, na parte de atendentes deixou muito a desejar. O quarto foi muito bom e o café da manhã foi maravilhoso. Enfim, não é uma experiência que pretendo repetir. Infelizmente.
