Tana's Riverfront Getaway - Riverfront Home on 1.3 acres

Riverfront Vacation Home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with Central Air Conditioning, located on 1.34 acres on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 3.2 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park. Enjoy spending your days by the river or hiking at the park and relaxing evenings around the fire.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, 32in LCD TV

Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
Bedroom Three: Full Bed, Full over Twin Bunk Bed, and a Twin Mattress that is stored under the Bunk Bed that can be pulled out and used anywhere in the house.
We Sleep 10 in beds. There are two full length couches that take our absolute maximum occupancy to 12. Will consider larger groups, please inquiry first so we can have the property best prepared to meet your groups needs.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Standard Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, several pots and pans. Dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 12 people.

The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

Short Winter Get Away
We enjoyed two nights away with family and friends to unwind before heading back to work for the New Year. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. We are already discussing booking it in the summer for fishing, kayaking, etc.

Great Getaway!
We enjoyed our little getaway and this was a great place to relax and unwind. Our teenage son enjoyed it and our 2 dogs loved the area and the access to the river. Would definitely come back again, and was perfect in the fall. Very close to so much to do and get out and about!

The rental is nice and big. Plenty of outdoor space and activities. We liked the pool table and darts. Riverfront space to sit and enjoy the view was very nice. Drew was very helpful when we could not get the grill to work properly. One drawback...the house needs a deep cleaning and better cleaning service for the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at Tana's. The home is spacious with plenty to do. We played basketball, billiards, cornhole, and had nightly fires. We also went hiking at nearby Mohican State Park. The only con was the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I'm sure it will get fixed.

Perfect spot!
Our group comes down every year, we've been lucky to have rented this house multiple times and it never disappoints. The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and has everything you need already there. Drew also does a fantastic job with providing various games (Cornhole boards, pool table in the garage, board games)to make your stay even more enjoyable. 5 of us stayed here and all enjoyed it. My only complaint was the water and the smell. We brought alot of bottled water and used that for alot of things but whenever someone flushed we could smell it outside while by the bonfire. It also made the bathroom inside smell all the time. We also spotted a handful of wasps outside the French doors so beware. We really enjoyed the bonfire areas and the garage that had everything. We played pool, darts, basketball and even used the uno cards from the drawer of games. We spent most of our time in the garage and the heater was nice just to turn on to get the cool air out. The garage also had a second refrigerator which was convenient. They had other games like boccee ball, ping pong ball and table, a whole bin of toys for kids. We only stayed for few days for the Eclipse and we all enjoyed it. It was nice to go by the river and sit in the swing and just listen to the water. All in all it was plenty of space for everyone and alot of things to do our only complaint was the water smell.
