"Very good location "

"We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all. "

"This is a spacious modernised two-storey apartment, clean well-equipped, with gated/secure access and parking very close by and a good swimming pool (two meters deep at one end) just a few feet away, many of the guests in neighbouring apartments are British who visit every year, we could access English Netflix although no other TV"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"Lovely place to stay not far from main strip for bars restaurants. Beach and promenade about 10 minute walk. Was nice to be able to spend time at the apartment and just walk out to pool ."

"Stayed for 10 nights, lovely villa, everything you need. Nice and clean, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, books, TV, a few English channels, parking out front, 10 mins walk to beach , beach chairs and umbrellas at villa for you to use, and a great pool. Lots of restaurants a 5/10 min drive, went to the market on Thursday at Cabo Roig , nice market not too big. Consuma supermarket 5 mins drive much better than the local carre four. "1. im höchsten Maß renovierungsbedürftig. 2. Schmutz in den Schränken 3. Defekte Steckdosen ( lebensgefährliche offene Kontakte ) 4. 220 qm wie angegeben entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit 5. defekte Glastür ( lebensgefährlich für unsere Kinder ) 6. teils verrottete Türen 7. teils verrottete Schränke 8. zerissener Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse 9. Gardienenstange abgefallen weil notdürftig repariert ( Kind saß darunter-hätte schlimmer enden können. ) Alles in allem nicht zur Vermietung geeignet. Ich...

"Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"Nice golf property, 3 bedroom large apartment accommodated an extended family of 7 comfortably. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to Los Alcazares beach and many more restaurants. Crazy golf, paddle, tennis and swimming on site. Kids loved the pool and the views were good too."

"Great apartment for 2 people very friendly very clean Room serviced every day, reception were very friendly Easy walking to shops and restaurants especially Bombay Tacos which was Indian and Mexican great service and lovely food. The hotel was easily walkable and on the level close to beach, funfair also mud baths very near which had flamingos walking around Great time would recommend "
