"The resort was great, but what really made the trip was how out of his way our butler went for us to make the trip super memorable. Gustavo went and placed 3 dozen roses in the room in a pattern for my wife's bday while i snuck her out of the room, and that kind of customer service is beyond amazing. His easy going nature and follow through made the trip, and we'll definitely be going back there while he works there."
