"This has to be the best place to stay in Santo Domingo -- at least in 2025, as two of the other historic boutique hotels are currently surrounded by lots of street construction. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is historic and fun to explore. My room was large and comfortable. I stayed in some sort of "club" room that gave me access to a private area with snacks and drinks. As nice as the property is (and it is very nice), the best thing is the location. RIght in the center of Santo Domingo's historic attractions, restaurants, and bars. So much to see, do and enjoy within a very short and safe walk from the hotel. Highly recommended."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Billini Hotel. I just wish that more staff spoke English considering it caters to a wide variety of tourists. The hotel property is amazing and has a very cosy feeling to it. I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast options they had. Would love to stay there again. "

"This was a well-maintained hotel inside and out. The restaurant had very good and reasonably priced food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It's a gated property with no opportunity to walk anywhere off the site. The plumbing fixtures are in need of an upgrade."
