"The house was very roomy. It was clean. It could use a little updating. The master bathroom tub had non working jets. The hot tub didn’t heat up. Some of the kitchen cabinets were broken and some handles. There is also no shower for the downstairs guest rooms except for the master bath. "

"House was just as pictured. When we walked in, the house smelled really clean which felt relaxing! We loved that there was an alley to go through and park in the back. There's a little gated area for the pups which was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Ms. Amandas house. If we're ever back in McAllen we would definitely book with her agajn! "

"We had a great time in our time in the house, great spaces and big kitchen. For the outside terrace I would advise to put a fence around it as every morning the ducks and geese from the lake came and made it dirty."

"Overall a wonderful stay. This home had everything we needed to cook, grill and coffee breaks. The home book answers all the questions one might have. We used the guide for grocery and restaurants near by. The home is spacious, well organzied and clean. We would reccomend a large family stay here. Also, our host Maria answered questiom when meeded. Definitely does an amaIng job of making it easy to relax clean. "

"Super quaint little home. Clean. Quiet. Me and my children enjoyed our stay during spring break. We were in town for the State Powerlifting meet. I am widowed as of 6 months ago and get anxious about safe places to stay with my kids. This was nice. "

"Our stay at this home was fantastic! The hike is exactly hownit says and looks. House was very clean and amelled great upon entering the home. Pool and pool table were great extras of the home as well! Mr Eric cared very much about our stay and was excellent at answering our calls and requests. "The rental is in a gated community. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was super clean. The owner was super great at responding to us. There is a washer and dryer wguch is great, so make sure to bring some detergent if you're likr me and hate to get home with dirty clothes. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and a hair dryer if you need one. Crystal was a super host. We will definitely rent this of we need it in the future. "

"The property was amazing to stay at. It was a place where we can come and go freely without interruptions of neighbors or interruptions being too noisy. We were able to receive guest, and we were still comfortable within reason. Made vacation feel like you were at home. I would definitely like to come back to the same property when it comes time for my next vacation in The RIO grand Valley"
