"I showed up to the property and they couldnt find the reservation. The owner did not leave me on the list and they couldn't get a hold of the owner his phone was off. I waited an hour in a half and nobody could get a hold of him i inboxed him and still nothing. I had to find another place to stay. And it has been over 24 hours and still have not heard from the owner. The receptionist could not helpe nor get me a refund. Soooo upset...terrible terrible terrible"

"We came to McAllen for a tennis tournament. The location and the layout were great. A few things, a few lamps did not have light bulbs in them. The towel racks were broken in both bathrooms. There was not a dishwasher, which I should have read but I did not. Oh, and there is no local channels for TV that I could figure out."
