The location is further from the historic center than I would suggest to stay. We love to walk but there is so much to walk and see that adding the extra to get back to the hotel was a bit much. "Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "

"Very close to the historical center of Puebla. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Fast elevator. Gym lacks air con but doesn't get insufferably hot. The room has an alcove with a large shelf where you can easily and comfortably open your suitcase instead of having to open it on the floor. One negative here: although this is a modern hotel, it lacks a laundry room for guests. The closest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and is quite busy due to lack of public laundromats in the vicinity."

"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. "The property is less than a half block walk from what most everybody goes there to see, the zocalo and the cathedral. With that half block walk, you get a very nich hotel room at half the cost of other hotels directly in front of the zocalo. Most of the hotels in this area are old hotels. This hotel is not exception. Given that, I enjoy staying in a historic area and a historic hotel. Even though old, it still has been updated with modern day conviences. "
