"I saved to go to Costa Rica for 10 years, I am a 55-year-old women who was traveling alone, the first night I arrived at the condo I could not get into the condo, I messaged Expedia for 2 hours, The end of the conversation with Expedia this is the response "I'm sorry but the condo owner has not responded" I had to stay in the rental car. "it was very clean, spacious condo. the balcony over looking the ocean was my favorite spot to hang out for morning coffee or sunsets. Every morning a long walk on the beach and a stroll into town for latte. you can’t go wrong with any walkable restaurant. There is security at the condo but i never felt unsafe. We would spend our morning in the ocean and afternoons in the spacious pool getting to meet all the other Americans traveling for vacation. i would go back in a heartbeat. pura vida"

"Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo on 10th floor of Croc’s resort. Very nice towels and bedding. Three smart tv’s in unit, but WiFi was not strong enough to support streaming. Condo hooked up to Croc’s guest wifi and did not have its own wifi. Otherwise, great stay! "

The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"Very beautiful house and property. Exactly as described and as seen in pictures. The house had everything we needed. Only issue I had was with communication and directions. We couldn’t find the house, The address that was sent was a dropped pin. The directions that were sent were not accurate and out of order. No one was answering the phone and or messages. We were lost and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to stop and ask numerous locals for directions. "
