"Apartment was as advertised — in the middle of a Tico neighborhood. The apartment itself was great — decent-sized one-bedroom, well-stocked kitchen and the AC was fantastic. The only downside was it was a very busy and noisy neighborhood. But the pluses outweighed that. It was a 5- to 15-minute walk to a bunch of good restaurants and bars, including the upscale marina. Our Blue Horizon contact Jean Carlo was excellent, setting up a guided trip to nearby Manuel Antonio Park as well as...

"We have stayed in various accomodations in Punta Leona, and this was our best experience Proximity to the beach, excellent swimming pool, and lots of opportunity to view lapas and toucanes. We will return hopefully"

"We really enjoyed our stay there overall. Unfortunately there was an issue with our toilet that was leaking waste water on the floor. I was in contact with management but unfortunately it wasn't fixed during the 4 days we were there. Except for this little issue, we had a good time in quepos, the apartment was clean and beautiful. One recommandation for the owner would be to provide better cooking pans and knives. We couldn't find one knife that was sharp enough."

"We came during the rainy season and there weren’t too many other guests, so we felt like VIP’s! The hosts were very attentive and we had a wonderful time for breakfasts, happy hour, and dinner. The pool was lovely for a night swim and the room was comfortable with the AC. The property was a little tough to find because you have to go off the beaten path, but it was like a little diamond in the rough once we got there!"

"The condo itself is nice and was clean. Balcony offers a fantastic view of the pool. not as close to the beach as anticipated. Walking distance into town. Big problems with check-in and security not having our information. Additionally, although the pool was beautiful, the rules are ridiculous. No food or drink, no music, no cell phones. I go to this area a lot and have never seen this. Also lots of dogs and barking, despite the strict pool rules. All in all, nice condo, but better options...
