"This is a beautiful little hotel - but it is very “self service”. There is no desk or human to greet you, although Lucy, the delightful young woman who is there to set up breakfast and help with check out makes up for it! This is a great location - several great restaurants nearby, a good bus #23 service to Centro, although it’s a nice, 20 minute walk to the Duomo."

"My wife and 3 young (8 and under) children stayed here and we loved it. It was the perfect B&B experience and very child friendly. "We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
