"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the perfect location to walk to several great restaurants and attractions. As some have mentioned, the is an odor in the bathrooms that smell a bit like the sewer. The toilet seat in the main bathroom kept falling off. We also felt like the place could use a coffee table or somewhere to place drinks in the living room area. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again."

"It was delightful. Antonia is very nice. Only trouble we had was communication. We do not speak Italian. We tried an app, but it did not work very well. It did not affect our stay much, because we eventually figured out what we needed to, and everything we needed was there. I highly recommend for a stay in Florence. "

"Appartement de belle facture, excentré mais au calme avec nombre de facilités à proximité. Par contre, nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la société propriétaire qui étaient suffisamment agaçantes pour les publier. En effet, nous avons constaté à l'arrivée avec l'accueillant que le couvercle de la cuvette des WC était cassée, que de la vaisselle était sale, qu'une casserole et la cafetière étaient inutilisables et qu'il manquait un torchon et des tablettes pour le lave vaisselle....

"This is an adorable apartment in a local neighborhood. Easy 10 minute walk to the historic area and only 5-10 minutes to the river. The apartment was clean and properly represented in the listing. Does have a staircase to get to the apartment, although it was only 2 flights and an easy climb. Would definitely recommend. "

"Our experience mirrors those of others who have given high ratings. Cristina is a very thoughtful host, and the apartment is in a good location and comfortable. It is all on one level except for a small step in the bathroom. One of the most helpful things Cristina did was to point out on a map where the two closest bus lines stopped and assure us that the bus takes credit cards. "Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at this listing. When we arrived we noticed that restrooms we not well maintained in cleanliness as well as the toilet seat being broken which was taped up. The shower in the back of the unit had a layer of mold and mildew in the pan. The epoxy paint itself was peeling and mold was gathering behind this layer. The second restroom also had mildew and needs to be re-chaulked to properly repair. Mind you, we noticed these issues right away and...

"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
