"The cottage was perfectly clean and quiet. It had a cozy feel but was much more spacious than a hotel room, so it was nice to be able to spread out. Our host provided all the details we might need such as wine glasses, plates, silverware, tissues, a selection of movies, and a nice coffee maker. Contactless checking was a breeze, light switches were thoughtfully labeled, we could control the thermostat, and how nice to watch the goats while we drank our coffee in the morning."

"Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. "

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Holiday House while visiting Sandusky for my daughters softball tourney at Sports Force Park. The home was perfect for our party of 6, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The lake and park were steps away for relaxing after a full day at the ball fields. We also enjoyed Cedar Point, only a 10 minute drive away. I’d love to come back to enjoy more of the lake life and nearby beaches and would definitely rent Holiday House again!"

"Property manager was promptly available to answer any question we had. Check in was quick and easy. The house has lots of character and everything you need for your stay and more…the views were beautiful and the balcony was a wonderful bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom.
