I would like a refund on my card please because my girlfriend paid cash at the hotel since we were already there and exhausted. "Nothing to like. No heat worked during the night. The next morning trying to take a warm shower the water flooded under the wall and out in to the room and all over the floor. I told the desk and they didn't seem to care. So I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and get my money back. I wouldn't stay there again, ever."

"The entrance to the hotel was kinda hard to get in to at first but after enter in its not mark very well"
