"We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done. There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres."

"What a fantastic getaway, we were met upon arrival although the details for getting into the property were emailed, i missed it! When we got in, there was a welcome gift of some lovely scones and clotted cream which was just the cherry on top as the accomodation was beutifull. The sofa and chair in the seating are were so comfortable and we spenf the morning of day 2 just chilling out there with a book due to the rain, the bed was so comfortable i could have stayed in it all day. "We booked one night here to start our first family holiday tour of Cornwall. We could not rate this place anymore. A lovely friendly welcome amd stay. The landlord couldn’t have done enough for us and the newly refurbished room was first class. We were then treated to a wonderful full Cornish breakfast before leaving for our next stay. The most wonderful little gem"

"Fantastic accommodation, great staff, good food, very clean and all in a wonderful little village."

"Grove and Pablo were perfect hosts, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The stunning Georgian property is 15 minutes from Penzance and 10 minutes from Newlyn which was lovely and has lots of good restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from and all home made by Pablo including the bread, pastries and the delicious savoury muffins. We had a wonderful, relaxing break. "

"Easy parking just outside the hotel. Comfortable bedroom with a modern bathroom. Great room service food. Good hearty breakfast served in a grand dining room. Very friendly staff, we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble."

"Very beautiful setting, staff very friendly and helpful 5stars for them, the room was very nice with a very lovely large bed. Easy walking access to st ives but getting a cab back is a good idea. I would avoid room 84 as the veiw is overlooking the glass roof of the pool and you can hear everything happening in bar downstairs, but that is a minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone."

Beautiful coastal retreat

"I was looking for an off season retreat where I could relax and be looked after. Greenbank was perfect for this. The hotel delivers comfort with excellent, friendly service and delicious food. My room was clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed. Locally sourced refreshments are provided and toiletries that promote relaxation. Situated close to the town it is possible to access all that Falmouth has to offer by foot, although the return does invoke an uphill walk. If you enjoy walking this is an excellent place to visit as off season you can still take a ferry to the Roseland peninsula and enjoy good walking there too. Falmouth has an excellent variety of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Greenbank has an award winning restaurant with river views and food that is very satisfying after a day out exploring. All the staff are friendly and helpful and every effort is made to ensure that you have the best experience possible. I look forward to being able to return here again. "

"Great little find. I booked the suit even though there was very little information about it and only a singular photo. It was amazing, comfortable and across 3 rooms. It had a small kitchenette including fridge. The grounds are lovely and they are super dog friendly. "
