"What a charming condo that is a short, well kept walk to the gulf! Our stay was so peaceful and the beach was not crowded at all. "Location of property was really good for us, steps to the pool which was really quiet, and a short drive to the beach. We had a few teething problems, all out of Richard's control but he responded really quickly and sorted it out. Just what you want from a rental manger. "

There are local restaurants just a few miles down the road. The only think I would suggest is that the property provide a broom for the room. We were down for an engagement party at another house near there and did not check in until later. The staff was very helpful with this process and called with updates and process before we arrived.
