"We stayed here to spend time with a friend from out of state. The place was clean and cozy. The host was amazing. He communicated quickly when we had any questions. And the thing we appreciated the most was, my friend has a service dog for a medical condition and they used pet friendly salt on the porch.10/10 would highly recommend. "

"This was perfect for our adult family of 5. We had only intended to stay until saturday however my son's liberty got extended and we were easily able to stay the additional time. Everything we needed was there. We were about 15 min from base. It was really a 15 min drive to almost anything we needed to go to. We did have our own vehicle. Rooms were bigger than pictured. "We stayed over the weekend to attend family events. The location is very near where we needed it to be. If you are here to go to Six Flags or Great Lakes Naval Base. You should be good as it’s about 20 minutes out. Quiet neighborhood"

"Loved the view of the lake out the big front window. Perfect place for a family getaway. Apple play on tv worked great. We set up 5 yoga mats in living room and did yoga. Great full length mirror. Cute decor. Couch was comfy and bigger than I thought it would be from the pics. Wish the bunk bed had comfier mattresses - our teen girls were complaining - but they’ll survive lol! Bring coffee for standard coffee maker if you drink coffee. And have fun! Can’t wait to go back this summer. :) "

"Our family came to visit for our son's Navy Bootcamp Graduation. This house was very comfortable. There were plenty of spaces to relax & visit with each other. The house was well equipped. The host was extremely helpful & friendly. We highly recommend this home!"

"Our oldest son graduated from Navy bootcamp and we needed a place to stay. We had a total of 8 family members that made to trip to watch the ceremony. Having a 4 bedroom house somewhat close to the base as well as really close a beautiful little downtown, with shopping and dining was incredible.The only issue we had was parking. We did have 3 vehicles, which worked out, but we weren't sure if there was on-street parking since literally not one car was parked on the street. If that's the worst...

"We drove up from Florida for our son’s Navy graduation. After 2 days on the road, the second day mostly in the freezing ice & snow, it was wonderful to come into this cozy, warm home. I loved the details & character of this older home. The floors squeak a little & there’s some clanging as the heater turns on, but I loved those little bits. "The house on Lake Elizabeth was wonderful. We had a total of 12 family members join us for a mini-vacation. We rented a pontoon boat from Twin Lakes Boat Rental, which added to the fun. The house was very nice with plenty of room for all of us and plenty of extra "toys," such as bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, etc. Jeff was very responsive to my questions and he gave us good suggestions on things to do and places to visit.
