"There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but...

"We had a great time in Lake Placid at Patricia's place. It had plenty of room for our family of 5. The location was great for exploring downtown Lake Placid. There are many good places to eat close by as well as lots of outdoor activities. Pat was great with communication and it was easy to access the space. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The house as a whole, was very clean and well appointed. The main bathroom was very nice. Everything needed for an awesome family stay was there. From, the kitchen which had most anything needed for cooking. The outside layout was great. The fire pit for s'mores was really nice. They actually had all the supplies for s'mores too, which was a surprise. The deck outside, and enclosed porch was great too. We had such a restful stay, and would certainly return."

"Had a reunion of sorts with four sixty year olds who went to grammar school together. The house was terrific. Spacious, clean, hand carved Adirondack wood furniture, TVs, good WiFi….everything as promised. Very close to Main St. Alia was very easy to communicate with and always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful property "
