"Had a fabulous time with friends and family at this gorgeous property. It was AMAZING in the winter - I can only imagine it in the summer. "This property was remodeled by a pro. Beautifully put together with top grade natural wood and tile materials in a house with appreciable historic value. Extremely clean, warm and well taken care of property. Hosts were excellent with information and help throughout the process. "We finally got all the snow in OF and this house was perfect for our group! Communication was great prior to arrival, and coordination with the property manager was superb. We rode every day and the property is located so that you can go N S E or W to hit new trails easily. The house itself was super clean, super cute, and made for an awesome home base when we got done for the day, cooked a big meal, and thawed our sleds! Thank you so much for letting us use your house!"

"Great spot for a group outing. this was a lovely location to hang out in, paddle around the lake, go to old forge and do some hiking. we needed big tables for lots of games, and this was perfect. Only downside to the place is no dishwasher, which can be a little tricky with a group of 8."

"There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but...
