"We got an email the day before, we got to the property after 10 hrs of driving to find out it shouldn’t have still been on booking . Com as apparently the owners had removed it but happy to take the money leaving us stranded at 10 pm at night . They were not any help and luckily a fantastic air b n b from a friend was available to at least let us rest. I would not use this . Raised a fraud complaint and luckily got full refund. "

"The host was lovely and responded quickly to queries. The property was spacious. Improvement suggested would be some gqrden furnituring, more dining room chairs. The property had a particular smell which was not pleasant. A folder with wifi passsword, instructions etc would be helpful, saving me to ask the host. The upstairs main bathroom only had cold water from the shower and I got locked in the bathroom several times. The door does not seem to be functioning properly from the inside....
