"We have a group of 25 that have been celebrating New Year’s together for the past 30 years. This worked great as everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty to do on-site. The clubhouse and pool were enjoyed by all! We look forward to staying there again next year."

"This was our first time using VRBO, and also checking out the Catskills. It was perfect. The house is charming, unique, full of personality, and surrounded by breathtaking views. It snowed our entire trip and we had a roaring fire each night in the huge stone fireplace. It was perfectly relaxing and idyllic. The Sauna, darts, board games, and bar with vintage glasses were all highlights! We can’t wait to come back in the Spring or summer to see the river when it isn’t frozen. "

"The house was very fun! We had room for 14 of us. The older kids liked that there was a tv in each bedroom. The pool was the perfect temperature and we all had a great time swimming. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots for everything we needed."

"Scott and Anne were incredible hosts, and their home was perfect for our group. We were a large group, and had a ton of space. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook giant meals. The hot tub was amazing. Scott and Anne were responsive, and even came early in the morning to plow us out of the driveway when there was a lot of snow. We will definitely be back!!!! "

The pictures of the rental, does not showcase its true beauty: Located in a private street, extremely spacious, a very large dining area and kitchen, the master bedroom has a massive walk in closet and spacious bathroom, the basement is super spacious with beautiful decor. "There were a couple small issues and the listing definitely needs updated pictures. Communication with owner was easy and responses were quick. We loved the neighborhood and the attention to detail the owners put into the decor. They also had a handmade guide with events and restaurant recommendations."
