"We had such a lovely time at this cozy little cabin! It’s simple, charming, and had everything we needed, including firewood for the fireplace, which made our evenings extra special. While it’s a bit more basic in terms of amenities, the location is perfect for skiing and offers a peaceful getaway. Just a heads-up—the owner’s advice about needing a 4x4 in winter is definitely true—one of our family members in a Tesla couldn’t make it. The kids had a blast, and the Internet worked perfectly....

"Hubby and I wanted a cute getaway for thanksgiving weekend, and this little cabin was perfect. Secluded but still close enough to civilization. The hot tub was wonderful. We unfortunately never got to use the fire pit - just a bit too cold out for us. Space is great. There is a pretty close neighbor, but it didn’t impact our stay at all, and we basically forgot the house was there. The road to the cabin is unpaved so 4WD is probably a good idea. Very cute place "

"This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !"

"The property is very nice. The rules were very easy to follow. The house was extremely clean and we left it the same way we came. We cleaned up very good before we left. Put all the dishes away silverware. All the appliances were great. The upstairs fireplace was good. It really warmed up the house nicely and it provided great ambiance. We did not try the wood stove downstairs in the basement."

"The tiny cabin was so cute. Unfortunately it rained the day before we got there so everything was muddy including the outside of our cabin. It made enjoying the outside difficult. Overall it was lovely and looking forward to going back. "
