"We have been going to Tofino for the past 11 years and this was our first time staying at MBL. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay there. Our room was amazing and the view was simply spectacular! The main lodge meeting area with its cozy fireplace was so welcoming. An extra huge bonus was the fact that the property has a generator which came in handy as the bomb cyclone that hit while we were there knocked out the power for 2 days all over the island. We will most definitely make this...

"Cox Bay resort is such a comfortable resort with kitchen facilities. The site is magical and the access to the beach is amazing . The staff is super friendly and takes great care of their guests. We had an issue with the fireplace and we got a new unit with a bottle of wine, chocolate and a lovely card to apologize for the inconvenience . I will come back and thank you for your hospitality."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Tofino. We stayed in one of the oceanfront cabins..... it was okay, but not sure it was worth $499/ night in the off season. Oh, and a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up and down! "

"Really nice place to stay when visiting Tofino. Right on the beach so the view is great. WiFi speed isn't the best, but it's adequate. A good restaurant with beach views on premises. It also has a free sauna room and hot tub access, which were a huge perk."

"Very clean and functional “old school” motel which was dog friendly. Checkin was at a different location but we found it okay and the room served our purposes very well. I liked how the bed was in a separate room. There was also a couch and small table with two chairs. Laminate flooring. "
