"What an amazing hotel in the heart of theatre land. If you want spend time in your room then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, quiet and a place to lay your head. We personally found the bed too low but that’s an age thing. Would stay there again."

The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff.
