"Another great stay at the Victoria, to go an see England at Twickenham. Staff were friendly, polite and excellent as usual. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and the cook breakfast is enormous. The only fault and I am being picky, was there wasn’t enough coat hangers and the Bin in the bathroom was broken in Room 3."

"Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful. The hotel does need a little bit of updating however the bedroom was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The food was good quality and tasty. Definitely recommend this as a quality hotel at a reasonable price!"

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"
