"Beautiful home, excellent location near the tube and the park. Quiet neighborhood with local pubs and cafes. Lots of private space and bathrooms in the house. The host is super responsive, kind and welcoming. We loved our stay and will hope to return to this property in the future! "

"This place was conveniently located close to a Tube station that conveniently took us to our event at Wembley Stadium. The owners are very nice and easy to reach as well if needed.This is a great place for a maximum of 2-3 people only. Many restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance as well."

"good stay"

Ground floor 2nd reception room leading onto the garden. Bifolding doors.

"Spacious and clean properly just a 5 minute walk from the Canada Water Station stop on the tube. We felt safe in the house and out in the neighborhood. Plenty of space for 4 senior gals, with 2 comfortable common areas to relax in, have the morning coffee and evening review of the days events. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book again, and I highly recommend this property!"

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. My 24 year old son was not comfortable most...

"The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"Loved the location - close to the Tube, great little restaurants, wonderful working community, so safe, so quaint, LOVELY. The flat itself was great. If I could have that kitchen! The kitchen must have been recently renovated - amazing stove and oven, everything new, and the drawers had everything you would need, including sugar and salt. The windows must be new too. "Laura was there to meet us upon arrival and help us get the car in to the garage, which was very good of her. The beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the tube made it easy to get to all the attractions."

"For my sisters 50th birthday we had a large family gathering in London. This beautiful house was the perfect location for close family to stay and explore this fabulous city. Wonderful location where we made some cherished memories"
