They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. "Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

"Our experience has been amazing, really friendly and kind. The room is spacious, perfect for couples and/or family. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Also the position is good with a parking, so you can take public transport easily to visit Brussels."
