We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. "We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"Renovations are going on , they should shut the property till it is done, all outer area are closed and lot of dirt noise in property of construction "

"The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say."
