I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. "Compact but very comfortable apartment close to T-Bane and tram. Supermarket very nearby - great area. Very well appointed and our apartment had lovely sunlight streaming in the large windows. Comfy bed. There is a nightclub next door but once the windows were closed the noise was minimal. Keyless entry worked fine but only as we had a phone that could take international calls. Good stay - we'll be back!"

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. "Very cozy apartment. Very nicely located about a 15 minute walk from the Oslo Central Station. This means that you can get to the apartment from the airport in about 40 minutes, which is terrific. So easy! And the restaurant downstairs (Cafe Sara which is where you pick up the keys and check in) is a great little place to have a relaxed meal or a nightcap after a long day in the beautiful city of Oslo."

"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."
