And the location was super convenient, close to downtown San Carlos and Redwood City, and even not too bad of a drive to San Francisco. Both Ela & Matt were great hosts, extremely responsive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Best of all, they gave me outstanding recommendations for local restaurants, the best of which was Varam Indian! Will be returning the next time for a work trip."

"A place to quickly crash for a simple adult but definitely not a couple or family. The place could be so much better if hosts would keep better care and clean of it. Sadly wouldn’t recommend.. only positive is the view was nice and location was good for us because of close friends. "

"Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year."
