" I don't know how they get their star rating but this is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 3 at the most. On arrival it looks good from the outside but as our stay progressed the cracks began to show. The pool is open from 12 noon and was not properly clean, as the water was cloudy and the pool surround which was painted concrete did not appear to have been painted for a while, certainly not for this summer season. "Overall we loved this resort. The setting is beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was comfortable and well appointed. There were a couple of issues however, to make note of. First, we booked a terrace suite which was lovely, but the location of our suite was less than desirable.
