" I don't know how they get their star rating but this is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 3 at the most. On arrival it looks good from the outside but as our stay progressed the cracks began to show. The pool is open from 12 noon and was not properly clean, as the water was cloudy and the pool surround which was painted concrete did not appear to have been painted for a while, certainly not for this summer season. The lift was out of order and did not go all the way down to the lower level...

"We stayed for four weeks and couldn’t have felt more at home. Philippa goes out of her way to help without being intrusive. The mountain setting is idyllic and the pool takes the edge off the hottest days. Fast internet and a wide range of Sky TV channels means that you can still stay connected, if you want to."

"La casa y la ubicación perfecta, la anfitriona muy atenta. Solo por poner algo negativo, aunque ya sabíamos que no tenia aire acondicionado. Al estar esta semana con temperatura de más de 40 grados.
