"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Comfortable beds, great location although did get a little noisy at times! "

"Lovely apartment, very well equipped, amazing view and location.Outside spiral stairs to property, but not a problem and host very helpful in carrying bags to property.Would definitely stay again, location ideal for beach, town and Berry Head"

"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

"Parking is a huge problem for those with cars i.e. tourists who don't use public transportation. Very limited, very expensive, and not close."

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. "Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Fantastic week - what a place, beaches lovely, people mega friendly, accommodation lovely especially the views, the Venus Cafe was superb AND we even had good weather. Burgh Island was a treat the Pilchard Inn did a stunning meal and the sea tractor was something everyone should do. I loved it all and so did the dog :-)"

"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt. "We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. "The hotel is very central and very close to the shops. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Being able to reserve a disabled parking space means that we don’t have to worry about being able to park. On our arrival, receptionist Gemma helped my friend with moving our luggage from the front entrance to reception. This really helped my friend as I have mobility difficulties and am not able to help. I would also like to mention, Rachel, Gracie, Carly, Nicky and Patrick for all their help and kindness. The staff are an asset to the hotel, and the reason that we will be booking to stay again. "

"Very good experience with this hotel, staff were very pleasant and friendly. We booked an accessible room which had excellent facilities for those who are not so mobile. Breakfast was a buffet, and was very good overall. Only slight negative was we both found the pillows on the bed a little uncomfortable, and would have preferred a choice"
