"The place was really nice. The room was missing several things like a remote control, chairs and a trashcan for the common area. They did bring a remote control and a trashcan. And there was only one high back chair for the table when there should have been two gut a party of 4. This morning, when I went to inquire about extending for another night, the front desk agent was very unpleasant and not welcoming at all! Imagine first thing in the morning and that is the energy that you’re getting!...

"This was our first time at the Omni. We used valet parking and walked everywhere including the venue we went to that evening. The hotel was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable. We couldn't connect to the wifi. We felt very safe in that particular area. The only annoyances were that the front desk guy didn't type my correct e mail address even though I literally spelled it out for him, pointing out the detail that he ended up getting wrong. I had to call later to have them correct it...
