"We visited for the Spartan Race at Porter Farms and this was the perfect location for us. 16 minutes fromvenue and close to town. Quiet neighborhood, perfect space that has anything you would need for a couple of nights stay. Coffee and some condiments were provided (Nice touch!) Comfortable, modern appliances, decor, etc. This unit is the lower portion of someone’s residence but it was still very private. Would stay here again, without hesitation, if we come back to the area. "

"My wife and I stayed here two nights for a wedding and found this place to be everything we needed and wanted. Well furnished and decorated, cute neighborhood, clean and new, close enough to but removed from downtown. Host added a coat rack since the former review, which demonstrates a wonderful openness to enhance their property for guests. This place is a gem for the price. "

"This property has everything and appears to be brand new. It is quite comfortable and well-appointed, and for me, on business, it is a terrific location. This was my second stay and I will be back. One note...although for me it is just fine, there are steep stairs as it is an upstairs unit, so if mobility is an issue you might take that into consideration. But to me, this is a 5-star property in every way."
