"The apartment was great; however, the neighborhood not so good, as exemplified on our last night. Beginning about 3AM, a neighbor across the parking lot did not know how to turn off & keep off their car alarm. Then an argument arose w/very loud, angry voices using f___ you & such between people on the ground & a person(s) on a balcony.
