"I rented this property because I was attending a music festival in downtown Gainesville and needed somewhere to stay that was close by. The house is great for a bunch of friends to stay together. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge plus. The house is HUGE and has awesome amenities like a game room and a big pool. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gainesville."

Clean, nice beds (King bed a little sag to center) Cool AC and loved the ice maker. Plenty of coffee pods for us which was appreciated! Parking so close to stadium a real bonus too!"
