"As we arrived (a little early) our host was just finishing getting ready for us. She was sweet and welcoming! She obviously takes pride in her vacation property as it was spotless and included everything needed to be very comfortable. It is very convenient to downtown, yet quiet. We were only able to stay one night but would have enjoyed more."

Clean and comfortable

"Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The room is sparsely furnished but has all amenities needed. Friendly staff. Very nice hot breakfast. "

"I had a smoke detector that was chirping due to a low battery. I called the front desk and within five minutes there was a maintenance man that change the battery and stuck around to make sure that everything worked in order. I would say at this hotel again definitely very good, Gainesville ,Florida"

"Nice clean rooms, comforatble beds, close to a lot of dining options. Near I-75 but could not hear traffic with A/C on. Decent breakfast and had a tailgate for football game (free burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings). Shuttle to games was nice but we didn't take as we had our own transportation."
